On Friday September 25th at 6 p.m. meet us at the Hull Street Parking Deck for a socially distanced picnic led by Events Coordinator, Luke! This will be very similar to the kickoff event where we will be enforcing mask wearing while grabbing food and social distancing thereafter.
All those in attendance will be expected to following these guidelines during the event:
- Temperature taken upon arrival (Any >100 will be asked to go home but a point will still be offered).
- Masks are required to be worn at all times except while sitting down eating. You must wear your mask when you’re getting up, walking around, conversing, throwing away food, etc.
- Social distancing must be followed while sitting down to eat and will be enforced throughout the program.
- Food will be individually packaged Chick Fil A sandwiches and veggie wraps to limit contact with food.
